Default Hawken Muzzleloader part

what is the part of a hawken called that the brass thimbles used to hold the ramrod attach to and where might i obtain a new one?

I have heard Thimbles and Ram Rod Pipes but never heard them called Ribs. But I guess it doesn't matter since the member asked the question and never returned to get the info he was requesting.

Under Rib is the given name. When one refers to it as the "Rib" most of us builders and the parts supply houses know what they are referring to.

The best bet is to call Track of the Wolf and talk with them about a replacement for your rifle.
