As stated in the thread "No Gut Method", I would supply a review of the Alaska Department of Fish & Game DVD on:
1. Field Care of Big Game - 56 minutes 2. Is this Moose Legal - 39 minutes The DVD is very educational and well worth the $15. When ALL the skin & external meat is removed they remove the intestines. Then they remove the tenderloins. Been hunting since the mid 50's and even grew up on a farm and this is the 1st truly great instructional DVD on field care. Of course the 1st ten minutes is on the hunting laws governing harvesting a Moose in Alaska. But for anyone who has hunted Elk, Bear, Moose and or deer in the remote country in the lower 48 this is a great tool. In case you missed the earlier thread, I purchased the DVD from: http://www.wc.adfg.state.ak.us/index...articles_id=23 OUT
