Question DuoMatic reloader

I just picked up a used DuOmatic model 375 shotshell reloader in 12ga. Does anyone know if this can be converted to 16ga by purchasing new "dies?"

If not, would anyone be interested in making a trade for something in 16ga?

Found the source for new tool sets. Now, if only someone would offer a used set...

Default I own one

Hi armedandsafe,

I own a 375C, for my 12 ga and I plan on buying a set of 16 ga dies when i get my sxs.

I LOVE this reloader. The quality is obvious just by looking at it. It makes PERFECT shells every time. The shells I make with it pattern beautifully. It's really just a GREAT investment and one of the few things I've bought that I KNOW i've got the best possible item for the money.

Good luck with yours! May you enjoy it as i've enjoyed mine!!

Naldo! Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the answer. I was beginning to feel I had tossed a feather down a well with this one.

I picked up the machine at GoodWill for $40. It had sat there long enough they were getting ready to dispose of it. I could have gotten it for less, by dickering abit, but, after all, it is GoodWill. I might have to go get a 12 ga just to do some loading for it.

Do you have a good place to get die sets other than factory purchase?

A&S, I like 12 ga loads with 1 1/8 oz loads in WAA target hulls. Send over a bunch!

Hi armedandsafe, sorry for the delay, I was on a bit of a vacation.

I've only seen the dies from the P/W factory. Although you might want to try ***********.com. The only thing is, that's an auction site.

But still, $40 for the 375 C is an incredible bargain!!

Hope you love yours!
