Was at the gun shop today and was fingering one of those new 22 auto loaders. I was wondering if anyone has one yet and what they think of it. The gun felt kinda funny in my hand, but then again that is just my opinion.

The 87 Cheetah is much nicer looking than that wierd Neos. Anybody got any experience with this thing? Right now it's my #1 pick for a .22 pistol someday. I want accuracy! Thanks

The Beretta 71 Jaguar I got from TLynn, is coined a sport gun.
A decent plinker? I dunno, I haven't shot it yet. Quote:

Thanks Zig.
But the money's a big issue here. I could get the 87 cheetah for 2 or 3 hundred cheaper than that SW41, which I think is just beautiful, and I think it'd be awesome. Of course I also like the Beretta 87 Target model, but it'd the $$$ I'm thinkin of here. Thus the Cheetah 87. I love .22LR and wouldn't have it any other way. More input? Thanks a bunch. Never seen one of those 71's, that's a .22, right? Looks just like the cheetah, lemme know how it shoots! _z EDIT: And yeah that Neo is a cheap ugly plastic POS IMHO, no dice there. Was thinkin SW 677 K-22 revolver, about same price range as Cheetah too. Thanks again to anyone for any input. It's still a long way off ![]() Last edited by z537z; 05-10-2003 at 08:38 PM.. |

I think the Neo's are cuter than a bugs ear.
Would look even cuter in my safe. |

This here's a plinking, target and huntin gun I'm lookin for Warpig! And frankly I'd feel more confident with wristrocket than that wavy plastic ridden monstrosity! Guns should be meanlooking!
Hey it's my opinion, I just happen to think it's better than yours .On a related note, do bugs have ears? Anyone want to reccomend a nice .22 pistol? I'm really leaning towards that Smith 617 K-22. Thanks _z |

You should probably just get a Buckmark and be done with your search for the best .22.
They got ears. How do you think they hear each other. |

I have a friend who got a Neos...Kinda cool...as a toy!
The broad side of the barn becomes a primary target with this one, I'm afraid. |
