Good suppliers of components?
What are some good suppliers of bullets, powder, primers, etc.? I know of Midway, Cabelas, Bass Pro, but are there any better ones out there? Cabelas and Bass Pro especially seem to only carry bullets in quantities of 100, no bulk supplies, and midway seems to be out of stock of many items. Any other recommendations?

midway and grafs are the two biggest reloading suppliers. Seeing midway out of stuff is not uncommon these days, usually they have everything but demand is still high and manufactures are falling behind on the less common stuff b/c they are trying to keep up with the popular demands. Grafs.com will be the same. they usually have powder and primers and brass but the bullets are still tough depending on caliber.

I haven't used them yet, but after shopping around http://www.powdervalleyinc.com has some good prices. I normally buy most of my components at the gun show to dodge the hazmat fee. Most of my equipment comes from midway and cabelas.

I used to buy all my brass and bullets from Midway, but I haven't had to buy any for many years because I stocked up several years ago, before they started charging for shipping (yeah, it's been awhile).
Now that I need to start buying again (I'm starting to reload two additional calibers now), I need to do some research. My specific question is whether it is still more economical to buy from Midway despite the shipping, as opposed to buying locally (I live in the Dallas area).

One more here for Dardas Cast Bullets. Excellent quality, service and price.
Had 2000 rounds come in today, shipping was only $10.00. Took 3 days to get from Mich. to Fla. with the holiday rush. About gave the mailman a hernia. |

I like MidWay USA, MidSouth Shooters Supply (8 miles down the road) and local shops.

Not as large as some of the others, but they sure know people and how to treat them.

Midway, grafs, and cabelas (only because im a club member and get a discount) are my ford chevy and dodge of reloading supply houses. I much prefer grafs, and oregon trail makes great hardcast bullets... I get the odds and ends from the gunshop.
