I aquired a pat. 1905 Savage Arms .32 cal. pistol that I believe was my g-grandfather's in Detroit when he had his jewelry store thee in the early 1900s. I has the original mag. but I have been looking for another original mag or a re-make for the gun. Where can I find one. I have had no luck looking on various forums.

Try www.gunpartscorp.com for a repro magazine. Note that it may be only 8 rounds and may require some fitting. FYI, that pistol is correctly called the Model 1907, even though the patent date is 1905.

Thanks Jim. I have discovered that in my searches. I have found a couple of these mags for sal but over the $50. range. I was hoping for a replica item.
I will try the site you mention although I am not sure I want to try to "fit" it. Sacmo |
