ONe great thing about new years day is there arent many people out hunting. If I get up before daylight and go up on the mountain I usually have it to myself. Most sleep in late and get try to get over their hangovers.I'll take the 22-250 and see if I can sneak up on a coyote. we have about 3 inches of snow and it's wet so sneaking silently thru the woods won't be a problem. Now adays yopu have to take advantage of these opportunities.Alot of prople will be sitting in front of a TV watching some football game in the afternnon. I love it.
