AR 15 serial numbers

Could someone direct me to a listing of Colt AR 15 serial numbers and their year of manufacture? Or, when was ST 029625 made?

I can't track down an exact year but it does show up as a "pre-ban" lower serial number.

ST= Sporter Target

ST038100 and Below - Pre-Ban
