Default Rem. Mag. Extension.

A question for ya's, I'm wanting to put a mag. extension on my Rem.1100.

Will the 8-round stick out past my 20" bbl?

And... is the additional Barrel / Magazine Clamp a must?

I've noticed in some of the ads, the clamp is included and some it is not.

Thanks...

I put an 8 round ext. on my 20" 1187, it is 1 1/4" shorter than the barrel. Perfect for me. Yes, you should get the clamp. During normal use you can "bump" the ext. and ruin it. The clamp is also where the sling hooks to. (if you use one)
