but when i attend the net cafe its all ok

i'm on a dial up here most of the time through Comindico

they handle the veterans net service and they inherited
the IP's from the schools here

so maybe some smart alec kids got the range banned or something

but redialing and trying to get a IP that works is a real pain

The problem is with your server as you are in good standing here at TFF.

OK do you mean the server is blocked?

The trace would not work at all if that was the case,

this goes to the firewall at the hosting company and stops there,

QED, blocked IP

way past the server here..

its ok i'll sort it out,.
