Hi cap mags for my Saiga in Ca.

Ok I know pre ban mags are legal to own in Ca. If you had them pre ban or stumble upon them. My question is are they legal in my un altered Saiga 7.62. My next question is. If I alter my Saiga,pistol grip,muzzle brake,possibly calapsable stock,high cap pre ban mag. Am I legal in Ca. do I need a bullet button when I alter the Saiga. With the altered Saiga do I need to stay with 10 round mags. I know about922r and how to get around that. Maybe they don't want us to own these guns?What do you think?
