I finally got to the range today. Keep in mind that it was my first outing as a right hander. These are all shot on 25 yd. targets @ 100 yds. For reference, the 10 ring is 3.5" in diameter.
Sorry about the crappy scanning...Still no digital camera.

See em just fine. Really nice quality, esp for scanner!
That 20 shot group from your 552 is really good for standing, Boomer! Especially with a 7x scope where that target's probably not much bigger than your FOV. Looks like that Anschuntz (sp?) needs a getting used to. Or do you usually shoot lefty and bought a righty rifle? The other day I figured out I shoot lefty ok. Hard to keep the right eye closed though. Keep em comin! _z |

z537z...my first day as a righty...new pacemaker prevents me from shoot normal...lefty.
SG...that is harsh! I actually felt pretty good about it all. I was expecting worse. I have always shot handguns equally well with either hand. But I can sight with my left eye on those! Retraining the eye will be tough. I forgot to take a patch today...maybe this weekend. |

Still, from standing you shot a 3.5" or less group at 100 yards? That's really good! That's a heartshot on a deer. Keep em comin boom _z |

Goin' again next week. SO are there official classes to this shoot. We are already not following the rules that piggy posted last fall. I want to shoot whatever I am supposed to.
50 yds Open & scoped rifle. 25 yds Open & scoped pistol. Is that what we're doing? |

Yep!...that's all the rules we need in this one...if you have a Dig. Camera...Take a pic of the rifle with the target (that's just for entertainment) if not just scanning your targets is good enough...Just state the position your shooting from and write on the target what distance...That will be enough. I'm going to try to find the link that Pic-n-up is using to download Mid-way U.S.A.'s targets...a common target would be nice...
