Default Supreme Court nods on case...

Supreme court has indicated it will favor the 2nd amendment in the controversial Chicago gun case...
We shall see what happens.
Keep the pressure on your reps and senators for your right.

I hope it goes right to the SCOTUS and they strike down the ban. It's clearly a violation of the Bill of Rights.

How much do you want to bet that Sonya SodaMyOre votes against it.

What do you think, anther 5-4 decision?

Sodameyer is a racist. She would vote against it. Wonder if she has bodyguards with GUNS protecting her too. Kinda like Oprah. Oprah thought people shouldn't have guns, but the idiot has people with guns protecting her too. That's what I don't like in America. Some people think they know what's best for everyone.

Yes, and yes. A win for Chicago at any rate.
I just hope someone is keeping stats on before and after crime rates.

I heard an excerpt of some wench on the radio today saying "No one ever told the people of Chicago that they couldn't protect themselves".

Let's see.....
Criminal with a firearm vs anyone with something less....

The winner IS...?

I'm willing to bet that the firearm deaths will go up. For a bit.
Then we'll see a drastic drop (with the exception of gang shootings).

Works for me!

He is the transcript of the arguments. Interesting read. In it Alito and Scalia boxed in the lawyer for Chicago and used his own argument to disprove what he was arguing.

If we get a favorable ruling then the next battle will be over the term to bear arms and that could bring us full circle.

Here is another link from the NRA with links to other articles.
