Can anyone identify this double barrel shotgun?
Does anyone have any idea of the make of this double barrel shotgun? The serial number reads E554635.

I won't swear to it, but I am pretty sure that is a Savage-Stevens 311, aka the Fox Model B, also aka the Springfield 511.
If the barrels are missing or damaged, I have to note that they are almost unobtainable and that if a set could be found they would have to be fitted at a total cost which may be more than the gun would be worth. Jim |

Hard to say w/o barrels. Could be JC Higgens (Sears) spanish import...
