I need help with an IP tracker

Hello all, a while back someone posted an IP tracker site. I saved it but since have lost it. I have a unknown that has started e-mailing me again and I am in dier-need of finding out who it is and stopping them before the same old shite gets started.
Can anyone help me?

zig it was me that posted a ip tracker ,i cant find it either ,but all you have to do is ,bring up the email , go to properties,then find the ip address ,yours and theirs is in there, cut and paste it to your address bar ,and you will find out who there server is , i will look again later ,i have literally a thousand book marks

you can also go to messages at the top of your email program,and block sender ,it will automaticly delete and block
then go into your deleted file and block it again

Bustem Zig. I for one want to know who they are. Makes me wonder if its the same person that was giving me problems awhile back.
