Good choice fungus; I'm certain you will be happy with your CZ. I plan on a similar purchase sometime very soon, but I'm going for the CZ with the Mannlicher stock. I know it won't be quite as accurate as the American, but damn, it sure is pretty!

Hi Fungus, if you want to learn how to adjust the trigger on the 453 you can go to rimfire forum, look under the CZ forum, and the info to do the adjustment is in one of the "stickies" at the top of the page. Congrats on the new rifle, I have a special (AKA trainer) and you won't believe how accurate they are!
Even with bulk ammo they shoot very well! DougLast edited by da357mag; 06-27-2010 at 08:52 AM.. |

Don't know for sure if there is anything on adjusting the trigger on the 453 in here, but on rimfire central in the "CZ" section there is a "sickie" on how to do it properly. Once set up it will give you about a 2lb single trigger and "set" 8 to 10
ounces for target shooting. It's a good read! Doug |

This is my special fungus, I had to refinish it as it looked like it was painted with dark brown paint! Couldn't have that! I did it with urethane (minwax) and it took about a week and a half to do, I like it! shoots good too! DougLast edited by da357mag; 07-06-2010 at 02:52 AM.. |

Home sweet home! Picked it up today and I am overwhelmingly impressed. The finish is much better than I anticipated. Went to pick it up and the guy said the CZs were always the easiest because they're the nicest lookin' guns in the safe... Can't wait to shoot it!
