Not with out photos, I assume it is a revolver but even that is not stated. Premier is one of those names that were used by several makers, including those from the Eibar region of Spain. So it could be one of a number of different guns. BTW are you sure it is .22 rim fire and not 5.5 MM. Is it so marked on the firearm? How many rounds does the cylinder hold. Does it have a folding trigger? Is the barrel part octagonal and part round? Is the front sight unusually mounted. So many question. so few answers, and me with my crystal ball at the cleaners. We can only help you if you help us with information and photos.
