Hi, new to posting...but a long time reader.
Would like to know if anyone has any experience with the Coonan Arms .357 ? Had a Desert Eagle .357 but was too bulky to be practicle plus would like to stay with the 1911 format. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Lewis

years and years ago i had one these things i didn't keep it long. i played hell trying to get it to feed properly. ball ammo worked ok and even that was iffy. besides the feeding issues the lenght of the grip frame made it uncomfortable to shoot with the extra lenght needed to hold the longer revolver round. more of a curiosity than a practical handgun in my opinion and i'll place it i the same catagory as the desert eagle good concept but unpractical and for novelity purposes only

Thanks for the information.
Had an AMT Automag III with the same kind of problems as you described. I just liked the size and was looking for something along that line |
