Default never let a good chip go to waste

If you're like me, you always have the 'bottom of the bag' leftovers.
No scooping, no dipping....

I like to collect them, roll 'em down, add spices, and make some self concocted casserole.

What do you do with them?

Oooo...not like you if we are talking potato chips.

I crease the side of the bag and tip it up and finish off the crumbs

They work really well when mixed in with some fish fry or scrambled eggs. I also like crushed saltines in my scrambled eggs.

If you're talkin' about the crumbs, I go dump 'em in the dog dish. Big Brown Dog likes 'em. Salt and grease - two of the major food groups.

When I was a kid I loved Doritos and Albert's Hot Sauce. When I got to the crumbs, I would pour them into a bowl, pour hot sauce on them and eat it with a spoon. Yummy!!

I try to save 'em up for this. http://www.thefirearmsforum.com/showthread.php?t=19204

BUT, many times I do as navis does.

If I get potato chips they are usually Toms Salt & Vinegar.

I wonder if that would give the tuna casserole a "fish 'n' chips" flavor angle

Those are my favorites. The more intense the better. Sometimes dipped in pickle juice.

One of the best memories I had of Italy was sitting in a little sidewalk cafe across from the Parthenon (sp?) having an ice cold beer, with a bowl of wonderful local green olives and a bowl of pototo chips. It was a hot day and we'd been walking miles. The salty chips and olives with the beer were a heavenly combination.

Never seen Toms around here. We have Tims.

http://www.timschips.com/mm5/merchant.mvc

Navis, let me know if you have Tims in your area. If not, I'll send ya some for a taste test and you can decide which is best.

I'll pit Tims against anyone.

No Tims here, wonder if that's Tom's brother

The packaging is somewhat similar.

And Blue Corn chips are really good!

Having had both, my vote between the two would go to Tims. Both excellent chips, but Tims are less greasy and a bit more crunch.

Overall, my chip vote goes to Deep River Jalepeno. They are outa this world!
