Default Pics of medium/large bore pistol/revolvers

I like the minimal revolvers and pistols in 9mm/.38 to .45 calibers. Lets see 'em
Here is my Ruger LCR and my Cobra Patriot .45

Minimal revolvers? What constitutes "minimal"?

Minimal is the basics, no accessory rail, fixed sights, no sharp edges..

A couple of my 'minimals':

An early S&W M-36 (no sub number) .38 Spl cal.
A S&W M-24-3 Lew Horton Spl. .44 Spl cal.
Both are carry guns....just depends on which one, when and where.

I like that .44 sp. How much does it weigh? Might be overkill but I am old school, No replacement for displacement!

This old guy weighs just under 2 1/2 pounds .......... right in the area of 39 oz. 'Taint a lightweight as the 'modern' tastes seem to go, but it sure feels good and comforting in the hand. Like you, I prefer a large chunk of stuff going downrange with a lot of mass, at velocities that just keep it coming. I frequently wore this off duty and on 'special' assignments during my 35 years in law enforcement. I still wear it when traveling into certain areas. Mike

From .22 mag - .44 spcl. There are others but these will work for this this post since I only get to post 4 pics. The first is an NAA mini revolver in .22LR/.22MAG, the second is an Off Duty from Charter Arms, the third is an SP101 from Ruger, and comming in at fourth is my favorite, the Charter Arms Bull Dog.

JLA please re-post I did not see your posting.....I'm sure others would like to see as well.

Here is my FEG GKK-45 that has been ported thru the slide, trigger overtravel screw, and a trigger job.

I absolutely love the Glock 37 in .45 GAP, basically a G17 with a thicker slide, compact and it hits like an ACP only in a smaller grip.

And an oldy but a goodie, the HAFDASA Ballester-Molina in .45ACP
