Welcome to the forum, Hawkshaw! And us old geasers get a discounted price upon renewal.

Lamentations Chapter 5:
1. Remember, O LORD, what is come upon us: consider, and behold our reproach.
2. Our inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses to aliens.
3. We are orphans and fatherless, our mothers [are] as widows.
5. Our necks [are] under persecution: we labour, [and] have no rest.
16. The crown is fallen [from] our head: woe unto us, that we have sinned!
21. Turn thou us unto thee, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.

I don't know if it would technically be suing, but the First Amendment guarantees us a right to petition our government for a redress of grievances.

The best hope is to have the Supreme court (federal) continue to underscore the strength of the 2nd Amendment, and then take on the laws on the books through the courts because they're not constitutional.
Lets use this to our full advantage while we can. As everybody should know by now, Mr Obama has already appointed 2 anti-gun activists to the supreme court

If you look at Mr. Obama's record as a state politician, he already was anti-gun and anti second amendment. Isn't that part of the Democrat platform? The Dems also support U.N. resolutions to disarm the citizens of the United Sataes. You can always tell when politicians are lying....their lips move.
