Default Im thinking about buying a AR-10

I am going to buy a AR-10 and am looking for advice. I have looked at and like the POF-USA P-308 carbine. Does anyone have any good/bad experience with them? Should I just buy the Armalite? Is there something better? Any help would be great. Thank you JR

If i had to do it all over again i would have bought an M14 in 308 and called it finished with that. But that's just me....

two days ago i traded my springfeid m1a/m14 loaded, for a fnar 7.62x51. i carried a m14 for the 3 tours i was in vietnam along with a 1911a1. i have never even held or fired a m16 or any ar type rifle, at first i really felt guilty about this trade, but then i carried the fnar up into the hills here on the coast to a make shift range we use. measured 500 yards. with in 2 ruonds i was on paper 3 rounds later i shot my first five round group it was just over 4 inches my next group was just under 3 inches my third and last was a solid 2.25 inch. now i'm not saying that i'd never buy a m1a/m14 again, but right now i've got a new love. i can't say enough about this fnar. it came with 3 cheek pieces and 3 butt pads also shims for fine tuning trigger pull. and i guess it's not the prettiest girl at the prom, but i'm here to tell you this rifle won't be replaced very soon!!!!! oh by the way it also came with a ncstar mark III 10x40x50 scope, which was another wonderful supprise, as it worked perfectly, and i've never even heard of ncstar before.
