Default anyone have this or is considering it ???

Comprehensive Firearms Liability Coverage For Holders of Concealed Carry Licenses
Interview on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk Radio Program - 1-10-10
(currently available in all states except Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky and Vermont)

You spend a lot of time, thought, training and ammunition preparing to pull the trigger in a defensive shooting situation, shouldn't you spend just a fraction of that for what happens after you pull the trigger?

If you have made the decision to carry a concealed weapon, take a good look at insuring your responsibilities if you ever have to use it in self-defense.

WE INSURE RETIRED LEO'S

YOU ARE PUTTING ALL OF YOUR ASSETS AT RISK!!!

Defense of a criminal charge average in the neighborhood of $100,000 even if it is a righteous shoot.

This policy will reimburse those expenses if you are not guilty of the charges (any gun related charges). Wouldn't it be nice to have that check waiting for your when the worst episode of your life is concluded?

We will then defend and pay any civil suits to the remaining limit of our policy.

Additionally we cover you for any accidents arising out of your lawful use of your weapon, concealed or not. Range accidents, hunting accidents, and transporting your weapons are all covered.

Our coverage applies to defense of others and additionally includes resident relatives for self-defense on your premises and medical payments to "innocent bystanders".

If your spouse holds a CCW license and is resident in your household, we can include them as an addition named insured for an additional premium. They receive the same coverage that you have.

Our coverage is deliberate and straight forward. There is no ambiguity in what we cover and accordingly you won't have to fight with your other insurance companies.

Isn't the peace of mind worth the price?
Less than $1 a day.

IF YOU THINK YOUR HOMEOWNERS POLICY WILL COVER THIS YOU ARE WRONG!

$100,000 - $250.00 plus tax
$250,000 - $330.00 plus tax

To Include Licensed Spouse:
$50.00 plus tax - $100,000 Limit
$75.00 plus tax - $250,000 limit

ALL PREMIUMS ARE ANNUAL
(State taxes are normally 3-5%)

I don't have it but i think it's something worth looking into. If you ever have to use a gun in self defense, you will find that even though you may have been legally justified, you can be sued, and the wrong jury could award the perp big bucks. It could ruin you financially. I'm definitely interested.
