Default What's a Saiga "conversion kit"?

I have been looking at a Saiga 12 gauge.

What is the "conversion kit" they keep talking about?

Basically, moves the trigger pack forward, and puts a pistol grip on it.

"Conversion" suggested something more radical to me. Like to full auto or different caliber or something.
