Date of MFG H&R 999
I have a H&R Sportsman 999 S/N AP28999. Can anyone tell me date of MFG? I got it in 1981 or 1982. I am building a spread sheet for my guns for INS reasons and need date and aprox price. Mine is in nice shape with a little rub from the holster. Open rib vent on top of barrel.
