Default rossi wizard vs h&r handi rifle

I have looked at the handi rifle for some time now and I fairly like it but I was reading about the rossi wizard how are the two against each other

The only thing that I can figure out is that they are both single shot break open rifles at a good price. That being said I would never trade my 45-70 handi rifle for a rossi. IMO the rossi is ugly as allgetout.

Iv'e looked at them both extensively and man I don't know if it's me but that wizard stock is ugly. Also Iv'e handled them both and the H&R/Nef seemed to have a slight quality advantage.
