Making plans...

Next summer, I believe I will take the time to do something I have always wanted to do... 8-day African safari for various plains game. Another paramedic friend of mine is leaving this August 21 to Alaska for a caribou/black bear/moose 21-day extravaganza that's only costing $3800... the Africa trip he's got on tap for next year is only $4000.

Gotta look into it a little more, but it's sure looking good so far!

No, not yet, but I'm like you.. seems too cheap. More investigation is in order, but so far so good.

Does the $4,000 include airfare??????? Also I think LTS knows a lot more than he is telling. (??) I'd love to listen if you have information re safaris. Jack

YEAH!

Know ol' Cointoss and I would be interested in some cheeeeep hunting trips, both here and abroad. We're leaning towards a bear hunt off the Alaskan coast (Jeneau area) using a fishing trawler as camp. We'll probably consider anything that's really econonical anywhere, except Canada (I've got this hangup about their chinzy laws governing the import of firearms for hunting and all their chickenpootie laws stifling guns and hunting in general).

We're still looking for additional hunting partners for a guided mule deer hunt in western New Mexico this fall.

I still havent heard any more about the Africa deal... still waiting. Sure might be interested in the muley hunt though...
