Now, we get Factory Heavy Barrels...the first since the 880SQ & 2000-T
And, the Pro-fire adjustable trigger from the XL-7's has been made for them as well
Price points set to kick everything else in the Bahoogies

What's not to love??

Looks like the starting price will be around $220. I like the XT-22MTR for around $250 (tube feed). And they will have it chambered in .22 Mag.

Lamentations Chapter 5:
1. Remember, O LORD, what is come upon us: consider, and behold our reproach.
2. Our inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses to aliens.
3. We are orphans and fatherless, our mothers [are] as widows.
5. Our necks [are] under persecution: we labour, [and] have no rest.
16. The crown is fallen [from] our head: woe unto us, that we have sinned!
21. Turn thou us unto thee, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.

There's a lot not to love. First, they are as ugly as a monkey b.., second there's only one model with walnut and third, their darn press checkering looks cheap. They will surely shoot great, but for me (and i'm not alone) look, feel, quality of materials and finish is as important as good accuracy.(we have some on the market that has it all). IMO there's nothing to love with these. I expected better from their new line. Still, i hope for Marlin's followers, that the new XT series will live up to your expectations. Cheers.
