Happy new years to you as well old semperfi. 1200 fps out of an air gun, that is cooking. That is also super sonic, does it make noise/crack like a 22 and what weight pellet?

I would say just change the name of this one from ".22 Rimfire Forum" to "The Rimfire Forum". I don't think we need to separate it by caliber.

I agree...somewhat. It sounds like non rimfires will be included. Bunching air power with rimfires doesn't sound like a great idea. So how about this, add one and change the name of one. "The Rimfire Forum" for all rimfire calibers. And a forum for pellet guns of all calibers. I own a few pellet guns, both .17 and .22 caliber so I would have an interest in a forum here.

The .17 cal, as always, is at home in this forum but we are not or will we ever be an airgun forum.
