Made this Sunday. Grilled Italian sausages with grilled green, red, yellow, orange peppers and red onions that got chopped up and topped with pepper jack cheese. Homemade coleslaw and baked beans.

I dont have pics, but this is really easy. It tastes great, and is good for you. Take some boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, cut into strips. Roll them in Progresso Italian bread crumbs- with whatever seasoning you have- and panfry in olive oil.
I made this for some friends of ours, along with my wife and daughter. I had five pounds of chicken. They almost ate all of it! I barely had any.

Great plate of groceries there Roadkill. My eyes made my stomach growl.

I had nothing to do with this meal except to take the picture and clean my plate. DW did her usual great job on this typical Summer meal. It was delicious. Urp!

I figured out how to make microwave potato chips. Just a little sea salt and they were tasty, and a little healthy without the oil bath.

Been busy hunting and gathering for the clan since crab season opened. One of the lucky ones that get the massage table (drawn and quartered) and then a sauna (steamed).

Spam Burritos! Spread some refried beans on a flour tortilla, top with 1, 3/8" slice of spam. Add chopped onions, some Tony Chachere's Creole sandwich sauce, and some shredded cheese. I like Extra Sharp Cheddar from Sargento. Then top it off with copious amounts of LA hot sauce! Microwave untill cheese is melted. Add any thing you want to!

IMO, it don't get no better than homemade English muffins...unless you turn them into a McMuffin, of course.

Had muskrat and have another cooked for tomorrow. I ate the whole thing.

Just roasted in one of those black/white roasters-small model.
My wife buys one of those for most brides that she gets invited to a shower for.

I know what you mean! Although, since I stink at baking, my muffins are store bought.

Why do I always come in here when I'm hungry? It only makes things worse! I guess I love to torture myself.
