Fast and easy to make, too!

Large Can of regular Bush's Beans
1 Pound Ground Beef
One small chopped onion
Squirt of Ketchup to taste
Squirt of BBQ Sauce to taste
Dashes of Garlic Salt to taste
Favorite 'heat and serve' butter biscuits
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat up the beef, diced onion and add the can of Bush's beans. Add the ketchup, bbq sauce, garlic salt and pour into casserole dish. Top with butter biscuits and then shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for about 30min at 350 or until golden brown.

The biscuits will be like a dumpling on the bottom but crispy on the top.

Wow! That brings back memories! We called that Hungry Jack Casserole and lived on it in college as it was a budget stretcher!

Look up!

It was so good last time we had to have it again so soon. This time I added more sweetness to it by adding more ketchup and BBQ sauce. To balance that I added more garlic salt and a few diced hot dogs. Maybe I made it too sweet, but still good.

The wifes been on me to eat more salads.. So I say "sal add" what is "sal add".. She made me a so called sal add. Just lettuce, tomaters, celery, cucumbers, and baby spinach with a few twists of lemon. Im like "WTF! This aint food. This is trap bait" so i head over to the cabinets and fish out my jar of Hormel bacon bits, then into the sammage drawer and fish out a package of ham and a block of muenster cheese. Then to the cutting board with the wife glaring at me.. I gave my so called sal add a tuneup and slathered it with BLT ranch and dusted it with garlic powder.. By the time I got done it was a meal! Prolly had about 9 million calories too

I made a great looking meat loaf the other day. Great looking is all I can say about it. It tasted terrible, the grandkids wouldn't eat it and I tried to choke it down but ended up throwing it away. I guess it will be better for me to stick to making chili, it is hard to screw that up!!

Could've ground up the meatloaf and simmered in the chili.
I usually do 60/40 mix of beef/pork or a 40/40/20 mix of beef/pork/venison if I've got some venison in the freezer.
I'll post a recipe up later for a very tasty meatloaf that you'll all enjoy. I never cook a meatloaf that is under 2lbs either, anything less than that and they just never cook properly.
