10/22 recoil pad - The Firearms Forum

Does anyone make a recoil pad that would replace the standard plastic butt plate on the 10/22? I have looked through the forum topics and some outside vendor sites but couldn't find anything. I thought something like this would not only look better and be more comfortable but also extend the trigger pull slightly.

I am not sure of the spelling but Pachmayer makes them
