USN Marked Stevens Crackshot
I have a Stevens Crackshot with two unusual features: A factory serial number and what appears to be a hand stamped "USN" on the receiver. Does anyone have any clue (or even an educated guess) why this would be marked this way, or any other helpful information on this rifle? Many thanks.
