Thanks for the affidavit. It would be a much stronger piece of evidence if Adams identified the persons who told him there were no records of Obama's birth.

This affidavit will fly like a lead ballon unless he is able to come up with names of people who are actually "in the know" and have access to the original birth records. If he can supply a list of names to support his claims, then this would really enable us to prove that Obama is a fake. Has Adams supplied a list of names of the people who claimed there wasn't a record?

I am not claiming that this is an authentic birth certificate, but Jess Henig is claiming that the State of Hawaii says it is.

It meets all of the requirements for submitting a BC to obtain a passport according to the source you linked to. Still have a problem with short forms? I understand you have a personal problem with the short form BC. Can you show just one actual state or federal law that says a short form BC of this type is not acceptable for establishing a person’s place of birth?

I do not know of any sworn statements made by Hawaiian officials. I was asking for an opinion of the statements, not the documents. A person does not need to have shown an affidavit to be believable.

On one hand we have Adams claiming that persons he can't or won't name telling him that there is no original Obama BC. Then we have the statement of a person who says he has seen the required information that shows Obama was born in Hawaii.

So what do you guys think? Is a sworn affidavit really required to be believable? Wouldn't Adams claim be hearsay in court unless he was able to produce names of the people providing information?

I have tried to answer all of the questions put to me as accurately as I can. But I am getting more insults than answers from some others in this thread.

People want me to answer their questions as much as I want evidence to support their claims. But now I get rentalguy1 claiming I am a troll because I am responding to those questions.
