Default Moore, OK devistation

I ask that everyone would join me in prayer -

Heavenly Father -
I come before you today with a heavy heart.
I ask that you would have mercy on all those that have lost loved ones in this horrible tragedy, to give them some measure of peace where there cannot possibly be understanding.
I ask that you would be with each one that has been injured in this, and bring healing to them.
I ask that you would be with each one that has suffered a loss in this.
I also ask that you would be with each emergency worker that is in this area working to extricate the injured from the rubble.
I ask that you would be with each medical person that is working to treat the injured.
I ask that you would have a special place prepared for each one that lost their life attempting to protect others.

Have mercy on us, Father - -

Amen - -

My heart goes out to all in OK who have suffered such great tragedy. One of my wife's family members is fleeing the area. We do not yet know her and her husband's status except that they were trying to get out. They were due to move here to Idaho.

Dear Lord, Please be there for everyone in the area.

The pictures that I was looking at reminded me of the Xenia, OH tornado that just mopped up the town. I believe that it was around 1973.It was actually2 large tornados that merged and then just went back and forth as one.

I was a member of the Ohio National Guard in a MP Company. We were activated to keep looters out. That was just a shocker to me. After seeing the total devastation, I couldn't fathom people being so sub-human as to plunder.

My prayers go out to these people, but if history portends anything, you will survive and rebuild your home and the town.
