ok this has been updated they have caught the guy who stabbed the kid..

as stated it was a islamic gang but not the last paragraph from the apologist cop ( i bet the rest of the force is cringing)

its not from anything the cops who ok'ing trust that .. bankstown mall and shopping/business area is ok now sorta , the troubles moved into the surrounding suburbs and public housing area's
where they can keep control

Man charged with Bankstown train station murder
A MAN has been charged with the stabbing murder of a teenage boy at a railway station in Sydney's west last night.
Sixteen-year-old Brandon Faananu Sia'a was allegedly stabbed at Bankstown Railway station about 6.50pm (AEST) and thrown onto the tracks.

Paramedics brought him back onto the platform and attempted to revive him, but he died at the scene.

Police charged a 22-year-old Bankstown man today with Brandon's murder.

The man had been taken to hospital with stab wounds last night.

At a bedside hearing today, he was remanded to appear in court on August 3.

Police are confident only one knife was used in the fight.

"We are satisfied now that the 22-year-old male brought a knife to Bankstown railway station," Superintendent Dave Eardley said this afternoon.

"There was only a single knife involved in this incident."

Superintendent Eardley said it appeared the deceased teenager and the accused were not previously known to each.

A motive has not yet been established, but police have rejected speculation a girl may have been involved. They did not believe the incident was gang related.

"This is an incident between two people," he said.

"We certainly don't have any evidence at hand that would indicate this was gang related."

Many of the mourners who gathered at an impromptu memorial for the teenager on Thursday were wearing distinctive red garments and spoke of a "crew".

However, Supt Eardley said sometimes people were quick to jump to conclusions about such gatherings.

"It's very easy to have misperceptions about gatherings ... and cultural identities and people socialising together," he said.

"That doesn't make them a street gang."

He also said a considerable police presence throughout the Bankstown area in recent years, coupled with programs involving local young people, had resulted in a decline in street violence.

"I think it's (Bankstown) a far safer community to walk the streets than it was 10 years ago, without doubt," Supt Eardley said.

If we are so over sensative why was not the attackers name and description issued ? why are all the none described offenders always middle eastern or islamic in some way ?

and why are 7.000 + residences in the bankstown local area command ( cop zone) , no go zones for police unless in force on a major operation ?

all by radicals and they want us to bring in more ??
