NEW migrants should get taxpayer subsidies to visit overseas relatives, an Islamic group has told the Federal Government.
The Islamic Women's Welfare Association also says Muslims prefer to live close to their own people and Australia should consider how to "facilitate the purchase of homes for new migrants".

In a submission to a federal multicultural inquiry, the association has urged the Government to give tax deductions to newly arrived migrants so they can visit relatives in their homelands.

"Migrants face a lot of sacrifices such as having to travel long distances to visit relatives, spending on communication costs, missing out on some events occurring in native countries etc," the submission said.

"This loss should be compensated by the Government in one way or the other to retain migrants in their country of adoption."

the persons making this submission have ALL claimed they had to be allowed in as refugee's as they'd be killed if they went home , now they want free trips home .

on the radio here these loonies also stated non muslims should be relocated so muslims can live in muslim area's .. and this must be done to allow muslims to be comfortable and as kufur ( non muslims ) MUST OBEY muslims if we dont do this then there cannot be any guarentee of safety for those who oppose the will of allah

( this folks is a threat to our nation and on this i will act trust that )

but they dont have welfare and free housing there , we do here in Australia ( if your a refugee migrant as you have suffered sooooo much and now they want to return where they suffered )

The simple answer is to tell them it's not on. They came to this country (Australia, US, UK, whatever) for a new life. They can just go about getting that new life the same way everyone else does, with no favoritism. Why should they be allowed to jump the queue?

If they don't like the culture, they can find some other country to live in. They can be a muslim refugee in some other muslim county.

Raven , if i remember , sometimes the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of both patriots and tyrants , so maybe we'd rebuild and let it sink in so it never happens again ..
