Anti gun/hunting nut arrested charged found guilty

Field & Game Australia Inc. following up on previous front page media reports of a female injured in the face by several shot pellets on Opening morning, provided us the latest outcome on that incident.

A female anti-hunting protestor has been found guilty in the Magistrates Court at Morwell (6/6/2011) on the following charges;

Entering into the water of a specified hunting area before 10.00am.
Hindering five hunters.
Using noise producing equipment in a State Game Reserve to the unreasonable inconvenience of another person (annoying hunters by blowing whistles).

The offences occurred on the opening day of the 2010 season at Dowd’s Morass State Game Reserve near Sale. The protestor was found guilty on all 3 charges and fined $750 and ordered to pay court costs of over $120, she now has a criminal record.

This is the first time that a person has been found guilty of hindering a hunter under 58 E of the Wildlife Act 1975 and sends a strong message to those who choose to break the human safety legislation.

I think it's historic, I think it's justice... and I think that her and all the whacko's just like her will think she made the right choices at the time.

They dont want to think about hamburger meat in the tube at the grocery store, or hams, or chicken in cellophane wrapped styro packages... Oh no... that would cause brain cramps from being a hypocrite!!!!

But they'll go get all radical and make a name for themselves doing something stupid. It's fine for big fish to eat little fish in their eyes, but WRONG for you to eat meat... uhhhh getting back to their hypocrisy...

^ Exactly. First thing I always ask someone who tries to push or argue in favor of vegetarianism/veganism is what about lions, tigers, spiders, etc etc? Are you going to train all the lions to eat only grass? I don't bother with anyone's views if they only mention they are veggies, I don't care, but if they try to extol the virtues, I say fiddlesticks. My fridge would be pretty empty without the meat & animal products (only OJ & beer...)

damm fine answer sir! but evolution doesn't mean our ancestors were in fact correct to eat flesh for all these generations LOL. I for one don't care as I prefer meat over anything, I just figured I'd let ya know it COULD be argued I don't care if people prefer same sex marriage so long they don't bring it to me. they can eat veggies if it makes them feel somehow fulfilled on any level. hell I'm hungry half an hour after a subway footlong I'm not sure how they can eat JUST veggies, maybe they're angry because they always need a snickers and just do crazed things out of that frustration LOL, meat lovers now have lady gaga to stand up and block 90% of the animal nut huggers from jumpin out in the brush to stop hunting, hell they can jump out and email rude letters to her all day long and not ever have to leave the comfort of their own homes LMAO

sadly not true the doctors called her on it , pellets dont make nice straight cuts and insert themselves , they make nice round holes... more socialist lies .. " i was shot .. i was shot ".. no she was not , so the beak ( Magistrate) aint charging anyone for the firearms offence that goes along with any shooting ( unless your a muslin gang banger)
