Well the first stimulus dropped our credit rating. He is getting results he wants so why not go for it again. He is determined to put nails in the coffin. And we just watch it happen.

IOW, the first round of irresponsible spending wasn't quite enough to pay off the administration's obligations and create a "crisis" of sufficient proportions to facillitate it using presidential "extraordinary powers" to seize control of America. >MW
