Season 3 of 'Top Shot' starts tonight on History Channel, 10/9 Central.

Love it or hate it, it's a show about people shootin' stuff.

Eager to see if Dark Lord Dinkypecker made the cut....

(For those of you just tuning in, this harkens back several weeks to a running joke on a previous thread.)

Top Shot does not accept international applicants so calling it the world tops shots is BULL..

send em over , tell em to bring money

from the shorts i've seen i got 14 year olds that'll out shoot who they've had ..

One of the two women this season is a realtor and nurse from here in town. They had a nice article about her the Sunday Fish Wrapper. Said she's only been shooting for a few years, but her attitude will allow her to prevail over the former Seals, snipers, etc. that are on the show.

So beware of a woman with attitude and a gun!

Dumb show. I've seen an episode or two, and most of the people on there aren't that great. They hardly know what they're doing, complain about some of the guns, etc...

I watched it. Couldn't wait for the season premier. I'm going out on a limb and say that I enjoy the show quite a lot. Sure it could be better, but beats most of the garbage that they offer up as entertainment. It also makes me much more comfortable with my shooting prowess to see "the nations top marksmen" miss stuff that I'm reasonably sure I could hit (or at least I think I could hit). I DVR the show and fast forward the drama, just to get to the shooting parts. It's much more enjoyable that way.

Im with Jack on this, but, I still support the show since it promotes shooting and firearms.

Heck, they could call it "Bottom Shot", and it still beats dancing non-breeders, screaming chefs, people with too much money shopping for vacation homes, a family named Kardashian whose only claim to fame is that they have never accomplished anything, tattoo parlors, and/or people selling their souls in search of "love" for the chance to be on TV.

The newspaper story made her out to be determined, hard working, and wonder mom. She mentioned she slipped a bad word on the show during the audition and it was so out of character for her.

In watching the show, she came across as not really knowing what she was doing and just trying to bluff her way as Miss Macho! I noticed a few "Bad Ass" references to herself and mouthing the F bomb.
