i have heard of white deer and swamp deer and BLACK deer. laughed at the black concept though. Son in Canada sent these to me..I'm not laughing anymore!!
Pictures taken by RJ Verge near Beamsville Ontario , Canada Black deer are more rare than albinos. I have never seen or heard of one of before. What beautiful pictures. If you love animals...This is a rare and beautiful set of pictures.

They seem to pop up in certain areas, we have groups of black deer and a lot of black squirrels in a few locations around my home territory. Not a big deal, not common but not exactly rare either.

I have even seen one white and red like a painted pony but not black, gray with some black maybe, that is cool. I bet when he gets older he will get grayer.

Thanks for the pictures. I saw one once in West central Georgia that looked kind of like it had a black saddle but nothing like this.
