Default Information Needed for Disabled Veterans

I have been asked to put together a new division in Arizona for Disabled Veterans in wheel chairs to compete in IDPA type matches. I know one of the biggest complaints is being timed between stations on the same level as non-disabled shooter, making it impossible for the disabled to win.

I need to know other complaints in this style match

Thanks for your assistance
