Default How do you create/post a poll?

I don't get it.
And how do I delete a post thinking I was creating a poll?

Grrr...

To create a poll, go to the New Thread button and create a new thread. Before submitting, scroll down below the compose box and check the box to create a poll. When you hit submit, a new screen will come up where you can set up your poll, then hit submit again.

To delete a post, click the Edit button in the lower left area of your post. If your post is the first post in a thread, you can't delete it if someone has responded to it. If that is the case, you will have to get a staff or mod to delete it for you.

Great info. Thanks!

(Really I was just trying out the 'delete a post' part of Southern Moss's reply. Obviously it didn't work for me. Ah, well that should teach me not to be a curious George.)
