Any law or system of laws that tries to change, circumvent or over-ride Constitutional law or forced on citizens to support religious doctrine is in itself a violation of the separation of church and state and should not even be considered. The fact that it flies in the face of swearing to uphold and protect the Constitution of the U.S.( a citizenship requirement) should be reason enough to revoke citizenship or visa's and send those retrograde zombies packing. It was a mistake to let them come over here from the get-go. When will we ever learn?

The author of that trash, Eliyahu Stern, is Assistant Professor of Modern Jewish Intellectual and Cultural History at Yale. He got his Ph.D. at Berkeley.

He is one confused man. He must know only "peaceful" Muslims, and because his head is so far up his butt, he's blind to everything else going on in the world.

He uses the Jews as a comparison, yet what sanction or latitude did they receive? His own comparison is illustrative that no one group should be given any sanction, since the Jews seem to live peacefully by our laws as well as do other groups. The Constitution recognizes no one particular religion, nor condemns them. Therefore, Constitutional law is superior law to that of sharia law, which does not recognize my rights, and inferior laws should adapt to or be superceded by those that are superior to them in the recognition of individual rights.
But then, therein lies the problem. Sharia law does NOT recognize individual rights, but rather the State of Islam, as it is a law of religious fascism and socialism.
This man is a total Git, he wants a law that is in all aspects inferior to that already in force, to appease those who will not return the favor, for the very law he supports forbids those who practice it from doing so.
What a fool!
