My middle eastern flintlock
This gun was passed down by my grandfather and I know its it bad shape but the only info i could get is that its middle eastern. I don't know circa or anything else. can anyone help. Is it possible to restore? is it worth it?

I don't see any picture. No one can tell you anything without pictures. Since most of those guns have no significant markings, a description would be of little use.
