Default Greetings from Australia

G'day guys. Just joined up to this site recently as i got my long arm licence a short while ago. Pretty new to firearms (the odd shot here and there), but after borrowing a mate's .22 for a bit of plinking and bunny shooting, I'm hooked. The satisfaction of bagging my first bunny was awesome.
This site's very informative and seems to a pretty friendly, laid-back place. Lots to read and learn.
I have a Savage MkII F on layby (just waiting for paper work to be finalised for my licence). I've made my own gun safe (lots of steel to play with at work). I can't wait to pick up my new rifle and have a bit of fun. I look forward to sharing my experiences and learning more here.

Cheers guys. I can't believe how much time is being consumed just trawling through this site and reading. Lots of tips and things to try once I get my new toy.

Welcome to the site! I live in Tennessee, USA. Lucky enough to be able to own what I want, and shoot off the porch whenever I want. Come on over for a coffee and lead slinging.

Welcome to the board from Texas. I am an avid 22 plinker about 4 yrs of experience with rimfire. I currently own about 6 or 8 rimfire rifles. If I can help will be glad to. This is a great forum which I enjoy, and I hope no one gets offended but I am going to provide you with a link to another forum which strictly specializes in rimfire shooting. I assure you that if you do not find answers here you will on this other forum. Once again welcome.
