Are these legal to own? Any idea where I might be able to pick one up? I'm in Ohio.
Or any other automatic pistols that might be available.

The G18 was post-86 so it isn't available to the civilian market. If you need a handheld buzzsaw maybe look at the MAC-11A1 which is a .380 but runs at a similar rate of fire.

Thanks, but I was looking more for info on a true automatic pistol. The MAC series are more submachine gun than pistol. But I wouldn't complain if I had one!

There aren't a lot of readily available machine pistols. If you are in that market, a Micro Uzi would be close to what you're looking for and not impossible to find. The Stechkin APS, Star, and Mauser are a few machine pistols available but are near nonexistant in the US market. Good luck.
