Isn't the same information listed in Numrich's, Wisners sites and the blue book and not to rain on your parade but also a number of other sites and books? It is still good info through.

Would you day Marlin is the best known .22 brand? I know people who would recognize a marlin before a ruger.

I love Marlin's. I bought a 795 .22 loved it, so bought a Marlin 30-30 Lever and just bought a 40 year old Model 60. I wanted to try out the tube fed model. I like it a lot. My 795 still has all my love though.

Some sites have partial listings, Numrich & Wisner's are not as complete as this listing.
Kind of the reason I made it...I couldn't find info on several models, and had to research them.
Then someone on RFC said I oughta post it...so it got put up there, and has been addendumed ever since.
As I find out new things, I slap 'em on.

The ONLY book that comes close to naming all the house-brands is Col. Brophy's.
