I am pretty much available any time there is not a major motor vehicle crash going on or someone fatally shooting somebody.
There are several nice places that would love to have the business. I would suggest Southfield Grill on Jewella. There are several of their customers now that open carry. Their prices are reasonable. Then there is a couple places that have private rooms like Ryans in Bossier City. Name the time and I will try to be there. |

I would like to see something start up in LOOOOZZZZIANA. It will be hard for me untlll after the first of the year. Usually there is hunting season i have to contend with but it doesn't look like it this year. Way too many problems for me to count right now. I never know what is going to look good for me. Tuff when you own a business and have many people depending on you. I hope you get something going tho. I sure would like to meet some people from up that way and try to get back into hunting up there. Been years since I hunted up that way but I sure liked it.

If it were me i would just pick a date sometime in Feb or March when there is not much going on. Advertize the heck out of it and give pleanty of people the time to get together. A good place to bbq, or shoot, or a weekend with a good gun show in town or all 3 would work nice. Just a thought.

Are folks from TX welcome? If so, about the only thing that would get in my way would be a doctors apointment!

There are a TON of VCDL folks in VA! GREAT organization! Up till about a year and ahalf ago, VA was home for us for some 5+ years. Post a new Thread and make it happen. Shouldn't be hard to do at all!
