Country Fair - The Firearms Forum

Today thru Sunday I'll be cooking BBQ Pork for our yearly Country Fair. I mixed four gallons of BBQ sauce yesterday and got in two cases of Pork. Now I just have to smoke it. Bought a truck load of Coke products for the thirsty folks and we're expecting some warm weather.

Now I just have to set everything up and start cooking.

Good luck to ya, but something tells me you don't really need it. Wish I was out that way, I'd track ya down and sample some of that Q.

Just got homw and the first day went well inspite of the wind and light rain.
Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be much better with an overflow crowd.

Now I get to sleep a few hours and fire the smoker up again.

Good luck. Too bad I work on weekends, I might run up there to the fair and get some more of your BBQ!!
